The following contract templates are provided free of charge by PakFunkar for use by filmmakers, producers, and creative professionals across Pakistan. These documents cover the essential agreements needed for any film, short film, documentary, or web series production.

Submission Requirement: Where applicable, the following contracts must be completed, signed, and submitted alongside your film festival application:

• Actor / Talent Agreement – Required for all principal cast members appearing in the submitted film.
• Music / Soundtrack License – Required if your film uses any third-party music, songs, or soundtracks.
• Location Release Agreement – Required for any privately owned location featured in the film.
• Extra / Supporting Actor Agreement – Required for background artists and supporting roles.
• Crew Agreement – Required for key crew members (Director of Photography, Sound, Editor, etc.).
• Producer–Director Agreement – Required where the director is contracted separately from the producing entity.
• Makeup & Hair Artist Agreement – Required where a makeup or hair artist has been contracted for the production.
• Equipment Rental Agreement – Required where equipment has been rented from a third party.

Submission of incomplete or unsigned contracts may result in your application being placed on hold.
